In 2016, leaders endorsed the G20 Action Plan on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development committing to place sustainable development for all at the center of the G20’s work. The Action Plan is a policy framework based on a set of high-level principles on the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. Its objective is to mainstream G20 policy actions and align the overall G20’s work with the 2030 Agenda.
